Kate De’Ath joined Caprice Holdings in 2019, bringing with her a wealth of global experience in luxury brands. Highly strategic, Kate’s focus is on refining each restaurant brand, both boosting their profile and consolidating their own niche in the international hospitality scene, with a strong focus on large-scale activations and digital acquisition.
Kate’s previous experience includes over seven years at Ralph Lauren, working as Brand Marketing and Partnerships Director EMEA, and she most recently worked freelance as a Luxury Marketing & Communication Consultant on projects including leading the Marketing direction for the hotel division of Doğuş Group International, and developing the experiential marketing strategy for Ornellaia and Masseto wineries. Her early career was spent as a fund analyst in the Private Equity space.
Alongside the London restaurant portfolio, Kate will oversee the 2020 international launch of Sexy Fish.
