Alexandre Forni joined Caprice Holdings in 2019, bringing with him over a decade of experience in global hospitality, overseeing operations and international development for both fine dining establishments and luxury lifestyle concepts.
Most recently, Alexandre was the Director of Development, Operations & Projects at Doğuş Group, leading the charge on the strategic acquisition and expansion of various concepts around the globe. His previous experience also includes over eight years within the Alain Ducasse Group, working closely with the world-renowned chef on the daily operations of his restaurants and hotel partnerships, both in Europe and North America.
Alexandre's focus is on international development, operations and new projects, ensuring the company's standards and mission are carried through.
